Write to us with a short outline of your plans — the level and field you are considering, possible destinations and your intended start. We reply by email to arrange an initial consultation. You can also create an optional study roadmap first and bring its summary to the conversation.

A general picture is enough: your current education, intended programme, language test status and timing. Please do not send passports, bank statements or other sensitive documents by email at this stage; if they are needed later, we will agree a suitable way to share them.

Yes. Each service can be arranged on its own or combined — for example, university admissions together with visa preparation guidance and accommodation support — depending on what you need.

After the initial consultation we confirm in writing which services are included, what you can expect from us and any applicable fees, before work begins. There are no hidden commitments.

Admission decisions are made by each institution, and visa decisions by the relevant authorities. We help you prepare thoroughly and coordinate the process, but we cannot guarantee any outcome.
